Nakano done good.

Watch the MotoGP at the weekend from Germany and Shinya Nakano did a brilliant job to finish 6th.

Hell ya, he rode his ass off considering he started in 12th.

And avoided the 'big one' on the first lap that took out the other two Kaw riders.

Nakano

He really did run a good race. Obviously the bike is getting sorted out because he was makin time on the leaders for a while. He was close to the lead pack, which as far as I know, is the best they have done this year, except for the Shanghei race where Olivier came in 2nd.
About time the Kawasakis got back to where they belong!

When they do start runnin in front, and they will, it will just give us another thorn to stick in the Suki boys!

itwas the tyres that held him back at the end not the bike..

i htink thats hte first time he's been in that position...

he makes the othertwo look like rank amateurs...

only issues i see is that Yamaha wold be crazy not to try and poach him back...

The Kawasakis need Michelins so they can concentrate on the motor and get that bikes handling sharp as a razor. Kawasaki is quite capable of making a competitive motor IMHO, But they need a rider that can develop a bike as good as Rossi.

maybe they can build a motorwith hte power, thats a given..

but the finesse? and the power delivery that is demanded these days in top flight MotoGP racing..?

hmmm... i dunno..

the addition of Ichiro Yoda was a huge poach from Yamaha though, and once his development influence is felt (it will be for the first time with the '06 bike) i rekcon the tide may indeed turn for The Mean Green

I just love the fact that Kwak is in MotoGp and they are running ahead of Suzuki. Ichiro Yoda is something I didn't know about. I will do a Google.

seriouly there are big things in the pipeline for Kwak fans...

the resurgance has begun...

i read an article with the guy, he;'s a fugging genius, he worked with Shinya and Jacques in the old 250 GP days when both came 1st and 2nd in the champoinship... with all three reunited i think it's only a matter of time till that 'politically correct' addition of Alex Hoffman gets the elbow... he's only there to keep the German sponsors happy...

lamentably thats the way with top flight motorsports these days,. be it two or fourwheeled..
