Power Commander
Hey all,
I have a full Akra system on my 10 and am wondering if I install and tune a PC will I get more power.
My buddy has a K5 Gixxer and a full Searpant with PC and is now faster in a straight. He pulls a couple of lengths through 3rd to 6th
I have dropped a front tooth and the gixxer is still standard.
Gotta get that speed back.
It's a matter of principal...

with a good tuner and a dyno, yes u should get more power, tho how much i dont know.

Will gain alot more response, better power through the bands, and overall increase of at least 4-5 rwhp with a good tuner...ful system cant be fully utilized without a good air/fuel ratio.

you should be able to download a map somewhere off the interNERD mate...
save your dyno guy a lot of time... he'll just have to fettle..
don;t bother going for the more expensive USB PC3 unless you are a drag racer and change your pipes a lot...

pete... the USB version is the onlt model available for the 10R. A map from the internitz will only give his dyno "guy" a starting point.

hadn;t got as far as the PC3 bit yet,, don;t even pick up my 10 for two weeks..

NOOB Questions
So should I get one or not?
What can I expect to happen if I get one?
Should I fit it asap or wait till after the 600 mile service?
