i picked up my 10 today
picked up the bike tody ,had a 50 mile ride home 1st impression bike handles like a dream,2nd impression bike needs a slip on real bad.not is the cannister hidieous looking but i can hear the valve train more than the exhaust . i called for some prices they said the dont list them for 05's but i guess the 04 slip on should be fine please let me know if im wrong,ummm love that new bike smell.

Do you need to adjust anything with a slip on? Will it run lean? I would hate to need a power commander just to have the bike run correctly.

Well I guess it would depend on the slip-on somewhat, but I did just a slip-on last year and it made my bike way to lean. My bike was too lean stock as well; and i found my bike would pop like crazy on decel with the slip-on. I would deffinately recommend a pc with a slip-on based on my experience...

Nope. I've tested more than20 different 10's. All the fuel graphs are well within specs for either our standard or extreme slip-on. Just slip it on and ride.
