I don't have a 10 to look at but you can look at the tach and figure that the actual rev cut is within 200 + or - of the indicated "redline". A lot of the newer 1000's and others maintain flat or just a slight decrease after peak until rev limit. Remember the rev limit is set as a mechanical limit (valve springs, piston speed, etc) not based on power characteristics. It's quite concievable that an engine combination could be assembled that would have a power peak that occured AFTER the safe mechanical rev limit. The rev limit is arbitrary, of course. It is set where the engineers want to set it.

WWW, yes it reads past 299 and this was after ECU programming changes how exactly I don't know I leave all that stuff to experts. ( it has someting to do with Software in ECU )
