I don't have a 10 to look at but you can look at the tach and figure that the actual rev cut is within 200 + or - of the indicated "redline". A lot of the newer 1000's and others maintain flat or just a slight decrease after peak until rev limit. Remember the rev limit is set as a mechanical limit (valve springs, piston speed, etc) not based on power characteristics. It's quite concievable that an engine combination could be assembled that would have a power peak that occured AFTER the safe mechanical rev limit. The rev limit is arbitrary, of course. It is set where the engineers want to set it.
