Start with basic troubleshooting 101(visual inspection)first. Check the ECU connectors and the FI connector under the airbox and just an all around check of loose, binding frayed wires/connectors. While you are doing that you can check for other connections/hookups as well. Just a good place to start. If this is an intermitant problem than it could be much harder to locate the culprit if connections are good.

Guzman, is your bike Euro-spec or US-spec?
It shouldn't be flashing until you put it in Dealer Mode if it's US-spec.
Anyway, count the flashes - 6 flashes a short space, then 3 flashes would be 63. So what's the code?

When I power up the ECU (motor is in a race car), the light stays on and doesn't flash. I'd assume it would flash codes for the missing exhaust valve actuator. Do you just ground the diagnostic wire for more than 2 seconds to make it dump the codes, and should the wire stay grounded? I've followed the directions in the manual and the LED just stays on.
