Wow. Word travels fast....
Thanx to everyone. Those who know me realize this was something I've wanted to do for a long time. Working in the industry for as long as I have, this is just a natural evolution. Although I have loved working for SuperTrapp/Kerker, White Brothers, and Jardine, it's natural to feel like you can do better in many regards on your own.
Working every single hour and day with my family will make me the happiest guy on the planet. And we hope to bring products to the market that people will enjoy; and at prices they will appreciate. The other thing is being able to put those products into a box ourselves and know that it's made by us; not some flunky who doesn't have a clue. You have a question or concern? You're gonna talk to me or my family and we're gonna make it right with you.
Now of course the other thing is that I can go riding much more. Nobody on this planet is more of an enthusist than me. If it's got a motor and wheels, hull, treads, ski's (no wings, don't like flying): I want to ride it! Canyon Carving, Moto-x, Dirt Track, Roadrace, Trials, SuperMoto, Sturgis, Laughlin, Daytona, etc.... I don't care, as long as it's about riding, racing, performance and being around people like you guys. Sign me up.
I'll also be able to hopefully spend more time on this board/site. Freek is playing a key role in helping with the website construction. We've got a lot of new products in the hopper. Stay tuned....
So onward and upward with AREA P!

I wish you all the best mate! the bit about having more time to do the things you want like riding NO WAY! I started my own company 25 years ago and just now your dream is becoming my reality. If you see daylight in the next 12 months you are doing fine, I look forward to seeing what you have to offer and I may be able to send some business your way if you are going to ship OS ? All said and done nothing like being your own boss.

kerry, I look forword to seeing what you all produce. I know tha tyou will put nothing but top notch products out in the market, and I am patiently wiating to see what you got for us.
Now if you all would just produce a full exhaust.....heheheheh
