Installed Akra, TRE, PC and fan today
Installed the Akra, TRE, PC, block-off plates and fan today. No problems thanks to the advise from these forums. Still, I was on it for most of the day. The PC has Ivan's map on it. I had to turn the idle up slightly to compensate for (probably) a leaner map. On and off the gas around town is smoother, not jerky when you let off then get back on the gas. The bike with about 2.5 gallons of gas onboard, rolling on full power in 1st gear, I'm leaning forward to keep the front end down when it hits the power band. Front end comes up easier than before. I'll do some more testing tomorrow after I burn another gallon of gas. I think I'm ready for Norwalk (drag strip) on the 18th.

Hey Den,
I don't have a laptop to get the map off the PC. Eventually I'll figure out how to download it and get my desktop out to the garage. Stay in touch or I'll email you.

They are "mint" and you can use your rear brake switch with them. They are Gilles, I got mine off eBay.

Hey there. Looks like you've got the R-BARS from scary fast racing installed on your bike!
How do they perform? Do they really take up vibration like the site claims?

I was able to raise them up 2 inches from stock, that takes some pressure off your hands and with the foam mounting I have less numbness now and I like the ride heigth.
