Scott,
I'm not inflamed. I'm not spinning. I'm just taking what I believe to be facts and using them to explain a situation.
I've NEVER lied on this site or in any substantive manner in my business dealings or as a representative of my employer. Next week I'll review the
e mails (I have the copies) and sales person's phone notes again. If I can't verify their veracity I'l find out why and I'll be the first to apologize. And, I'll do that publicly as well as privately.

I don't think Scott needs any "help" from anybody. We'll work this out like adults.

As a closing note, Doug Meyer contacted me by phone and graciously extended an apology regarding this matter. We also discussed how this could be used to improve customer service in the future.
Thanks to the members of the board who weighed in with some helpful advice (PM and otherwise) re: obtaining other sliders.
