Is there a PCIIIusb map for Muzzy Slip-on?
I am thinking of buying the Powercommander but not just for horsepower gain but for the stop light pause I now have with the Muzzy Slip-on during intial acceleration. I thought the PCIII might help but I don't see a map available for the Muzzy Tit/slip-on with a BMC street air filter which is on order. I am also buying the BMC race filter and would like a new map for that for track days. Anyone with a map or the same conditions?

I have a muzzy carbon slip on my 10r and a pc3usb, called Curt @ Muzzys and he emailed me the only Map they have so far for the Muzzy slip on and stock filter. I installed it right away, noticed a little difference. Then had a problem. It ran really touchy, like would almost jump out of the corners, rode this way the past month, then I decided to do some experimenting. I downloaded a zero map for the pc3usb from power commander today and rode the bike.. It runs perfect, no touchy throttle, roes threw the turns perfect. And this is with the Muzzy slip on. I am going to the track(Loudon, NH) on Sept 8th, and think I will leave the Zero map installed.. DOnt really have a answer why the mUzzy map was so rough, but you got to go with whats comfy for you... Hope this helped a little....

The Muzzy map ran WAY lean on the dyno. I had a custom map done for the slip-on and picked up 5 more hp and ran smooth as butter...sweet curve. If you are interested I can send you the map I had done. Since then I have installed a full Cf system and had it mapped.

Muzzy's map was way too lean. Did some experimenting & downloaded the Two Bros. slip on & aftermarket filter map off the PowerCommander website. Bike runs real sweet. No more backfiring off throttle, smooth, strong throttle response.

Yeah, that sounds like the map I will need. I forgot to mention in by opening post that I get an accasional backfiring but I wasn't sure if it is because I haven't installed an after market filter with the Muzzy slip-on.
