Dual headlights?

Anyone figure a solution to have both headlights work at the same time (either for high or low beams)?

Bit annoying to have people tell me one headlight is out LOL.

Thanks in advance.

I see; This must be the Gong show.

GONG........Anyone else care to try. Everyone wants to be a comedian......
Comedians are piled up in the unemployment line already.

Want :both headlights to reflect low beams (only) or both headlights to reflect high beams (only) individually for aesthetic symmetry.

Thanks in advance.

Well all I can say is want in one hand and you know what in the other.

Individual reflectors are unique to the low beam and the high beam so putting a dual filament bulb in there will be non-functional but acheive the cosmetic quality you desire.

Oh yeah, see also "SEARCH".

Sorry if that was humorous, it slipped.

I think we figured out it would boil down to fabricating a means to install different sockets for the dual element bulbs required. And then the beam focus would come into question. There is a particular relationship between the position of the bulb elements relative to the reflector. If someone figures all that out, my hat's off to them.

Thanks; will give some thought. I am an Electrical Engineer who tries not to reinvent the wheel when not needed.

Maybe end product would be a comprimize of beam position accomodating for both high and low beams; a happy medium if practical/possible.

I suppose having one light (for each low and high beam) is more real world for a track race bike; if thats the worst then ZX-10R is still great..... (of course).

Love my ZX-10R anyways. (both high and low beam on now seems like the bike has pink eye). oh well.

Have fun;stay alive..

could we install a higher wattage low beam to match the high beam?...how about an 65w/85w low beam with an 85w high beam?...run high beam all the time for symetry...less pink eye that way...is this possible?

Gut the housing and put in projector lights. Much easier.
