Is a Double Bubble worth the $$$?
In your opinion, is it worth the $$$? Does it really cut that much more wind out when tucked?

I think mine was worth the money. I was getting annoyed at having to try and tuck behind the minimalist stock piece, and now I don't have to. Even when sitting up and cruising with one hand, the wind is significantly reduced....

I've had a ZG on order for a month. It's a gamble what will show up first. the muzzy signals or the double bubble!!!!

Local shop in Detroit that does not even sell Kaws had 2 doubles in stock. None of the kaw dealers that I check had nor heard of a screen out yet. You would think that your dealers whould be on top of things.

I'm curious as to see the difference between the ZG bubble and the MRA. Have a line on the MRA but need a few inputs before I buy.

I have the MRA, and have had ZG in the past. IMO, no comparison. The MRA is better finished, with smoother edges and a bead along the edge that seems to smooth the airflow over the top. It is thicker material, as well, and the overall shape seems to provide a better still air pocket instead of the turbulent air behind my ZG screens.
I've also crashed both, and the MRA seems to take more abuse before giving up.
No offense to those ZG fans out there. Just what I've experienced.

I've always liked ZGs, but that unfinished edge always bugged me too.

MRA's look like a touring screen to me, don't dig that square shape.

Agreed. I'm not in love with the look of the MRA, but I've seen better looking designs than the ZG, too. Puig comes to mind, as well as Fabbri. I tend to be a "function over form" person, so I'll probably get another MRA even though it isn't as pretty because it definitely functions better for me.

I agree that the Puig looks the best, but at 100 mph, who can tell?

I think a lot of it has to due with where you sit also. I'm a short rider and put one on my 12 and absolutley hated it. Seemed everything that could blow up under my helmet did. I took it off and put the old screen on and am happy again.

Im a taller rider and the DB gets the wind flow higher up and I no longer have the chicken dance going on with my head. Also lets me see the guages easier as Im not looking thru the screen to see them when upright.

Went to the MRA website and it is a bit of a pain to get through mostly due to my slow ass computer. Is there anywhere else to buy one?

Any thoughts on the Sportech???? I sent an email to them and was told the V-Flow would be out mid to late July for the 10R.

The double bubble is worth it. I have a black ZX10R and the smoke one looks great. YOU can see the speedo better and the bikes feel so more stable at high speeds. Less side to side wind blows and less kissing your helmet. Buy the fucking thing and then get you a Hyperpro steering damper and then the Ti force and then the bottle. Lets spend spend spend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
