I believe the record at Maxton is 182 and some change.

I've had mine to Felonious Speed (tm) on the street.
Utterly Stupid Speed(tm) in the twisties.
And maybe 30 MPH putting 'round the neighborhood

I've seen mine dancing from 183 to 184 and the shift light blinking at the same time so i figured that was all she was gonna do...

I 've gone 230 mph on my turbo charged moped but I try not to look at the speedo at those speeds to busy watching the road.
I raced a hayabusa on it once.

not too fast with one tooth down, 181 indicated so far, thats it, not too big on topping it out.........

The 1000cc production record is 182 yes but that record can and will be easily broken.

I ran beside my son on his 10, his indicated 189 and the speedometer stopped even though the bike pulled on.
Same thing on the dyno a few days later.
We'll find out in September at Maxton what it will do in the mile....but it is fast for sure and an awesome bike.

292 top speed
I had mine @ 292 kph indicated on the hanlon expressway in guelph ontario canada. Not sure what that works out to be in mph. I also had a 97 yzf 1000 following me and he couldn't keep up
