can you remove the oil filter with the full system on or do you have to remove the headers?

Let me see, I think we have a bike coming in Friday or Tuesday for a pipe. The reason I'm not all that sure is that the Japanese say the new R1 pipe must be removed for the oil filter but guys are doing it without pulling it off. I'll be back on here real soon with the dirt.

Also I have a few pipes left to sell, but the slip ons are sold out for 2 weeks or so waiting for the boat to come in.

What about the oil filter removal on the full pipe ? Do you have to remove the pipe to get to the filter ?

On the full pipe , what is the inside diameter of the tubes . Please include the header , mid-pipe and the muffler core .

Oil filter removal is EXACTLY the same as stock.

We just threw on a pipe on a bike today and picked up 10hp with no mapping...it'll be mapped on Tuesday, I expect another 2-5hp.

I'll get the tube size ASAP.

What are the HP numbers for the slip-on? Do you have a dyno sheet?

Full System-13-14hp with proper mapping....waiting for the dyno sheets, but not much off the ones I posted months ago...

Working on getting another 10 in to do a slip-on, but if it's anything like the GSXR (and the power gains of the zx pipe are) it shouldn't be too far off making 7 or 8 easily, with a PC3. When I get real numbers I'll post them.

Rob that was my bike that the exhaust was put on and dynoed. Let me thank you guys for taking such good care of me. When I first picked the bike up it did not sound that loud, but it seems to be getting up there. It is probably because I had just got done breaking the bike in so I was not hitting any high RPM numbers. It sounds awsome and looks even better I am really happy with it and glad I went for it. Thanks again!

no offence, but I think this is an unlikely gain... people have been getting max 8-10 hp with full mapping on full systems...

Joe showed me the print out of the dyno sheets and it showed a 12.5hp gain with the mapping done.

hmmm... then KMC and akro (along with all the other manufacturers) must be doing something wrong...

like I said, no offence.. I hate to be overly skeptical here, but I just dont see those #'s adding up with what I've seen/ heard from other manufacturers and the factory.

If it is correct then it's super-cool.

I just bought and installed my Tiforce full system. Looks really good and weighs less than stock. My bike dynoed at 149.8hp at around 1100 miles bog stock. Same day a CBR1000RR dynoed at 129.3hp but it only had 600 or so miles so the numbers may not be that bad. The dyno operator seems to think that 10-12hp is attainable with a quality full system. I have an appointment this coming Monday to find out . I will get another base line, hoping for around 150-155hp base now as the bike has almost 2grand on the clock. 10 or more ponies with the TiForce and PC3USB will put a smile on my face but I will not be dissapointed as long as the numbers don't drop and the curve stays consistent. I will post my numbers Monday if anyone is interested. BTW, Thanks to Orient Express for the speedy delivery and excellent service.

Jug, you made the right choice, they looked better on your bike than in any pic I have posted.

Cool Mad....you'll get the 10hp without mapping and a couple/few more with it.

Fish...it won't be long before the "other manufacturers" will be getting a hold of our systems and backward engineering their "first attempts" again. It happened on the GSXR1000 pipes when nobody could come close...

We're not about gimmicks, bling, building lame non moto products or overinflated promises, just sound designs, engineering and near perfect quaility.

Now, now. Don't lump all us "other manufactures" together. Some of us kinda know what were doing also. We don't sit their chomping at the bit to get our hands on your exhaust to copy.

I helped a friend out for a day on the dyno with the full akro evo thing and KMC ECU thing, and we stopped at 10 hp gain after about 10 or 15 runs. He seemed very satisfied with the results and the fuel curve looked about as good as you can get it. But the bike was a little low on hp to begin with (140 hp baseline). So 10 - 12 with mapping is believable.

Ti Force is an awesome exhaust, great welds, deep sound and they look cool when the weather is cold and all you can do is wish your were riding. Only problem is now is its harder to keep my front tire down in first over 6k.

Love it on the Gix, be a great one for you guys picking up 10's.

I was out on the bike today and got a lot of compliments on the bike and how good it sounds and looks. Rob I was hoping that you would have posted some pics of the bike when you had it there. Cause I sure do not know how to.
