SERVICE BOOKS
Does anyone know where I can pick up the service manual.I have tried Kawi website but there is no info available and tried doing the search online with no results. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Kawi's website and click on product information. Then click on the link up on top for vehicle information. Doesn't matter which choice in the pop up window because you'll be thrown to the same spot. You now have to specify the bike via VIN or model. Either one will get you to the same place. After you get all the information entered, you should now see the web page for the ZX10 specific information. Click on the button for manuals. A webpage comes up with two choices: owner's manual and service manual. The service manual is $29.95 and is part no: 99924-1322-01. You can order it there. I just ordered mine through my dealer...got it in a few days.

Thanks for the p/n ordered it today. Funny thing though called the local kawi dealer and he sadi he would order one for me for $80.00. Kinda shows how they forget the ky.

Actually funny you brought that up. I had the same problem. The dealer charged me $74 for mine. Gave me some discount because I'm really friendly with the guys there. I thought I was getting a decent deal until I happened to be surfing around the Kawi site and found the price Kawi was charging. I told the guys at the dealership and they hand no problems giving me back the difference. He said the parts system they use form Kawi showed it at that price. So he agreed with me that there was a problem. He went ahead and changed the pricing he had on the computer to reflect the lower price so there won't be any issues when the next person orders one.
The manuals are the same so don't worry if you'll be getting the right one. Sometimes it pays to do some researching.

I got mine from the dealer for $29.95 plus $1.50 tax. Your git'n gouged.
