I personally could care less if there are other bikes out there that are faster than mine, put or more horsepower than mine, or are faster on the track than mine. I bought a ZX 10R because I loved the way it looked, and the way if felt when I sat on it.

Thats right I've always liked Kawasaki's. My 1st one was a 74 KZ 400 with a jardine pipe on it. Through these last 30 years theirs been faster bikes, but Team Green RULES>

I respect the guys on lesser bikes that can beat me at the track. The right bike in the wrong hands means nothing. But I gotta give props to Yamaha. That R1 is badass.

A good guy on a 600 could kick my ass too. The bike has more power than I will ever be able to fully use, and thats good enough for me.

I get a dose of humility every time I go to a track day. At least with the ZX10, I have gotten to the point where those pesky SV650's and Aprilia RS250's very seldom pass me.

i feel the same as you all do, i bought mine because i like the look . i'm sure it has more hp than i'll ever need and i probably won't go any faster at the track than i did on my 636 but i'm a kawasaki guy at heart...
