dyno'd my ZX10R yesterday .

Bike was new with 1 kilometer on it . I broke it in on a DynoJet 250I . I followed the mototuneusa.com web site to the T for breakin . Now I live in Kuwait (read HOT as hell). The dyno said it was 32C* and like 18% humidity . It was 106F and 70% humidity outside . Dyno said it was 91F . Anyway the dyno room has a large window unit and a spilt unit for a/c . With the bike on the dyno is was VERY hot in there . This bike makes a ton of heat on the dyno .

Numbers were 147.6 HP and like 74 ft. lbs. of torque . Not too thrilled about the low figures . But in December 2003 they dyno'd a GSXR1000 . Had a full Ti Arata , K&N air filter , PC3 , and ignition advancer . In Dec. it was a guess of 60F and low humidity . Also had higher barometric pressure . Dyno is supposed to correct the weather and all . The GSXR1000 made 154HP and 76 ft. lbs .

The dealer had 2 other 10R's on the dyno . One 148HP and the other 151HP . Those dyno runs were a month ago . It was much cooler then . I will post the graph when I get home .

Let me know what you guys think . I was looking for at least upper 150's to low 160's on HP . Muzzys had a killer 165HP bike .
