Apparently it's restricted to 186 - I have seen an article that had it a smidge over 179 though (in UK).

germans ps tested with gps on oval and it was 295km/h as factory stated

Nope. They were on 7.5 km oval that have two 2km straights and all liter bikes on test. They tested also accl. and dyno bikes. Same rider.
honda: 291km/h
suzuki: 290km/h
yamaha: 292 km/h
kawasaki: 295 km/h
0-100km/h; 0-200km/h; roll on 100km/h-150km/h; hp and Nm
h: 3.2; 7.6; 4.3; 161; 109
s: 3.2; 7.6; 4.4; 158; 109
y: 3.2; 7.6; 3.8; 159; 103
k: 3.2; 7.5; 4.1; 168; 112

Real world testing in South FL netted a whooping 179mph, bone stock in 9/10ths of a mile with a very experienced rider aboard. An 01 Gixxer 1000 with a pipe and some tuning with the same rider can go 194ish.
