If they ever get the damn shop manuals distributed, I'll figure out the headlight thing. I'm also wondering if I can build a digital gear position indicator like I did for the 12. Need that manual, dammit!!!

So both lights are already dual beam bulbs according to parts diagram.

So what needs ta happen for dual low beam and high beam use?

As long a s a relay is used then it shouldn't be a biggie to make the other light work - right?

It uses 2 - H7 bulbs. H7's are single filament bulbs. No separate Hi and Lo beam. The Kawasaki parts diagram shows three blades on the bulb, which would tend to indicate there are 2 filaments. They actually only have 2 blades on the bulbs.

Is there a dual filament bulb that fits (and will reflect correctly)?

H7 is a smaller base than the H4 bulbs which are dual filament. I have looked through several sources but I have found no dual element bulbs that fit the H7 hole.
