ZX 10 first ride
Yeah I rode it today. My friend just picked it up. Sweet. Very Zx6r-esque. Engine feels real tight, not broke in yet though. More power than you will EVER need. With 164 h.p. it is an animal. Not yet enough to make me make the switch but real close, I love my Suzuki ALOT! This ZX10 is SO sweet though. The pictures in the magazines and on the web do not do it justice. This bike sounds mean you know what you're on with a twist of the throttle. This bike means business and is no joke, it defintely lives up to the hype no doubt. Let's see what it's got when it get's good and broken in he's had it to 101mph in first gear, mine peaks at 92mph just before the rev limiter. I am jealous of that. Stop reading and go get one!!!

I road a 2000 TL1000R. I'd got 22,000miles on it and was only envious of two bikes, the ZX-12R and GSXR1K. Then last year they up and made the GSXR better. I was so horned for that bike. But then conversations started about the ZX-10R. I got orders to deploy to Korea. Wife calls me up, one of the old riding buds has a friend with an itch for a TLR. Bike sold. Home on leave, ZX-10R arrives. I could not be more happy with this bike. Next year, new GSXR...Oh well, I'll be the guy smiling on the one that didn't get away. It does it for me and I dig it! They are all really good bikes and I'll never be able to ring out all the performance on any of them. Heck, a real racer on a 600 good spank me in the curves. But I don't care. I ride with those who ride and I'm a better person because I ride. Hope you and your bud have a many good safe rides,
