This just in from Teknic:
Like many fans and spectators we were shocked and surprised by Aaron's reaction to the crash that took place at the Daytona 200 presented by Arai. We are grateful that neither Mr. Fania nor Aaron were seriously injured in the crash or in the aftermath. We feel that his behavior was very unprofessional and unacceptable. We would like to stress that Specialty Sports Limited/Teknic does not condone this type of behavior and it does not reflect the image or beliefs we wish to portray to consumers, the industry and the sport as a whole.
Aaron will be financially penalized for his behavior and resulting suspension by the AMA.
