i'm guessing dino would be the best bet. assuming we're still getting a support vehicle goin down, it would be ideal. u willing to take charge of the banner dino? are ya up to the responsibility?

This is not good...
...cslled the SCRAMP offices today...asked them where my tickets were...told them I had a confirmation letter from them dated April 5th...they told me that they're still processing the confirmations from fuckin' February and that they should be sending out 'April confirmations' in the next 'couple of weeks or so'...I asked them what are the chances of the 'April' tickets going out next week, they say 'we don't know'...I told them that I'll need to have my tickets in my hands no later than the 3rd of July cuz' there's no mail delivery on the 4th and I'm leaving the morning of the 5th before mail reaches my PO box...I asked them to please flag my name and purchase and send it out to me sooner because of my itinerary(sp?)...they tell they can't do it cuz' 'the computer won't let us', to call them a week before I leave if I still don't have the tickets, and 'you know, the tickets went on sale in January and we just got through with those'...
WHAT??? A WEEK BEFORE??? ARE THEY FUCKIN' KIDDING ME???? AND DON'T TELL ME I SHOULD'VE BOUGHT MY TICKETS IN JANUARY!!! MOST OF US CAN'T PREDICT OUR SCHEDULES THAT FAR IN ADVANCE!!! I'M FUCKIN' PISSED!!!! I PAID FOR ITEMS IN APRIL, THEY HAVE MY MONEY, AND I WANT THE ITEMS IN MY HANDS!!! WHY BOTHER BUYING TICKETS THAT FAR IN ADVANCE ONLY TO GET IT A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT??? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE BULLSHIT IS THIS??? THIS MAY BE THE LAST TIME I GO TO LAGUNA IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS AND DEAL WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!

I'm WAY calm now, bro...I just didn't like the answers I was getting when I called...lots of 'I dunnos' from the lady...Ijust hope we all get our tickets in time before we head out or we'll lose some riding time and waste vacation time (at least for me) waiting for the tickets...what, they expect us to get the tickets the day before the race and get there in time?...as if we all live right next door to the track?...then why bother buying it so far in advance in the first place? I'd call them anyway about your confirmation, bro, if they're THIS slow...WTF?????

If I dont have my tickets by July 3, oh well. I am taking the confirmation letter with me and SCRAMP and I will have a friendly talk when I get there. They also told me the tickets will be mailed a week before, so its the same song, same dance .  Piss poor way to do business for sure.

Or my front tire I ordered from Chaparral? Last Tuesday they said it would ship in 7-10 days. Yesterday, they said it would ship in 7-10 days. I got something in the mail that said it shipped 6/8.f'ing a'holes over there. One of them hung up on me because I wouldn't take "I don't know" as an answer. How could you not know when the shipment is being delivered, or when it is leaving the distributor, or when the distibutor is getting it from the warehouse or plant? Hell, I can track a bag of coffee my mother ships me from NJ. Why can't they track thousands of dollars worth of tires?

And to top it all off, I spent the past week with my brother in ICU(he's still in there), spent 11 hours trying to get home from Newark International, have an 11 AM interview and a 4 PM meeting for some work, and have my woman's mother coming into town tom.

have to play golf Thursday and Friday with her man. Around that, I need to write a dll that will read from some sort of file and send the data to SQL sprocs...Parlez-vous geek? Do 2 weeks of work in 1 week, go on a couple thousand mile road trip with Nano and other people, go to NJ and work doing some MCSE stuff, deal with my brother,...
I ask thee, where are my f'ing tickets?

Hey there everyone. It's been a long time since I've been on BikeLand.Org....and even longer since I've posted here. So long, in fact, that I had to register all over again. I've been spending most of my time over at LABusas.oRg.
