no clue....trying to find a can of it somewhere. I assumed it was comparable to nutec.
Anthony wants to come along on wed to get his license passes...he was wondering if the deal still stood for you to endorse him (and you get to ride the turbo bus in exchange).
Brian...we will have to work somethin out with the trailer thing....does the taurus have a hitch on it? You can use my trailer if so!

Shit yea..it was 72 this morning...I had to go get a light jacket :P
Id bet SMTW would have a kill switch(or could get one quickly)....
Dean, I called Jeff in lake city...he is a VP dealer and he said he would call to see if he could get a 5gallon jug of MR9 by wed.
Ill letcha know when he gets back to me on price and whatnot.

MR-9 is quite a bit higher in price than MR-1 or Nutech. Around here it's like $90 for 5 gal. VS. $60 for the other two. VP Ultimate 4 is cheaper yet at around $50.
MR-9 is the only one I haven't tried but Ryan Schnitz says it's the best of the bunch.
Have fun guys and keep us posted on the times.

From what I hear...nutec is about 60/5gallon....and you have to flush it. We shall see what kinda price Jeff gives me on either one.
Sofar he is the only place ive found that can even get it.

Schnitz racing will bring it to a Prostar race if you call ahead, and they usually have some on hand too. I checked their prices; $90 for MR9 & Nutec Spec 5. I think the Spec 5 is OK to leave in the tank BTW. I've never seen such a high price for Nutec though. The VP page lists the MR9 as adding 2-3% more than their MR1 - which lists up to 6% over pump. I'd be pretty shocked with a 9% increase over pump gas. 14hp? I'd pay $18/gal for that, but I don't think that's happening. Half that maybe.

Welp....I roasted yet another clutch pack last night testing out some new nitrous settings...so no Gville for me.
Dean. Anthony said he was still going and wanted to meet up to get an endorsement for his license passes (he has all the paperwork done)
I also talked to jeff in lake city...he said he could get any sort of VP fuel we wanted...including the MR9...but im thinking that isnt the best option anymore after speaking in depth with a VP representative. More on that thread later
