I took the ZRX to Stock, Mild, to Wild in Jax, FL on Friday, and the 1109 pulled 150hp/86ftlbs with a stock head. Kevin & I rearranged some stuff and mounted his set of 38mm Lectrons, and it pulled 152.5/89. Curves looked smoother too - these carbs are cool. Took it to Gainesville yesterday, where they were running 1/8th mile to get ready for the finals in a couple weeks. It was hot as hell, and I went 6.26 @ 114, 6.29 @ 114, and 5.59 @ 114. OK, there might've been a little clock issue on the last pass, since I don't run .923 60 foots that often. Judging from the incrementals, I think I went a 6.25. Anyway I picked up a solid 2 mph in the 1/8th, and with some more practice and tuning of these carburetors, I think I can do better in the short times. There's a dip in the torque curve around 6500, and it makes it tough to get out of the hole smoothly.
Wednesday will be 1/4 mile again - so maybe I can get in the 9.60s @ 139-140

I almost forgot - Kevin made some cool movies and animated gifs - a whole CD full of them. Thanks again Kevin.

These are Lectrons (the 48mm version...). The PC3r makes a nice kickstand base I hear :P
