My Friend at work needs everyone's help!!
Ok guy's here is the deal, I have this buddy of mine at work, that is in this contest! it is called the extreme makeover contest, and the bottom line is Jeremy made a decision to loose weight 1 and 1/2 years ago. Well he has lost 150lbs so far and now with the oppertunity of this contest he has the chance to get rid of all the extra skin that is left over. Jeremy is a great guy and a great father of 3! well here is the link and if there are any post whores out there you can vote as often as you like!! so you can help someone out and it dosent cost a single dime!
