Bristol Results II
Went back again yesterday for Chad to practice on the 600.
While letting his clutch cool he jumped on my bike and after a couple passes ran a 9.34 and backed it up with a 9.38. He has never run my bike at the strip so it was new to him but his 6.07 1/8th mile showed some potential, LOL.
BA...
If you're reading this, he had a 4.05 330', you better get ready 'cause he's gunning for you! :-)
The 16/44 I run was too short for him and he was shifting shy of the line and hurting his big end. We may try a 16/43 and see how he does.

Hey Dan, Man you guys need to give me your emails. I had sent an email to Zack at work about a month ago but have not heard back. Next time you guys come let me know! I finally got the 03 1000 in the 9's. I kept telling you guys that it was jumping wien launching so I got one of those clutch cushion kits and I was turning 10.0's at 144. I put the Full Arata on with no map and pulled a 9.87@143mph. I have not been in about a month or so due to weather and all. I need to run it some more with the exhaust on. That was my first night with the exhaust. IT needs some tuning.
My parts are at muzzy for my 12R. We will see how long it takes to get my 1361 going.
supraman95mb@hotmail.com is my email address!!!!!

Michael,
Zack called your cell but it said the number had been disconnected. We were hoping you'd show up, we heard you got the Gixxer well into the nines. Congrats!!
It was 90+ degrees and humid yesterday, we were surprised by the decent times. There wasn't near the crowds as usual, I guess the earlier showers held everyone back...which was good for us.
We may wait until cooler weather before another trip up your way.
What's the status on the 12?

Congrats Dan, good runs, how did you do? and just wanted to let you guys know I took apart my clutch, and most of the pack looked brand new. but the three innermost fibers and steels. were Smoked.. so chad's 60' times would have been better if we would have change that out for sure! and let me know if you found out any info about buying those seconds we talked about... thanks man and see you in indy! Keep up the good work!

Mike,
9.70's is it for me, I'm done til cooler weather, more motor, longer wheelbase, air shifter, nitrous, 50 pounds dropped off this old body.....I'm outta excuses, I just need to learn how to ride better!
Coby said the used ones are "recycled" through their project bikes so it don't look good for either of us.
See ya at Indy,
Dan

dude, you probably should have created a new thread about that....
Try McIntosh here in Ohio, they do a boatload of swingarm work.
Sorry, I don't have contact info here, but search in Google for McIntosh and swingarm and you'll probably find it.

DAN!!
Holy Crap, you're son is going to clean my clock for sure!! My days are fookin' numbered!!
That 60' and 330' are on par with my best stuff ever, but my 9.30 was in great air, so,....if he would have had the same air, he would probably have nailed me.
Of course, .....that was on a 17T sprocket, and now I'm 16/44, so, maybe there's some more in there. I also messed with my air intake a little and some other schizzel, so, maybe I can bust out a 9.2x if I ever make it to the track this year!
Your son was flat flying, and now he's got me lookin' over my shoulder.
Time to break out the WHOOP-ASS!!! LOL!
