1st runs of the year!!

1ST runs of the year with the MTC multi lockup.
Lst year i had a best of 1.50 60'with the majority in the 1.56 range.
1st pass launched easy:1.57 60',4.09 330',9.46@147mph
2nd pass threw away clutch:1.49 60',3.95 330',9.29@148mph
3rd pass spun pretty bad:1.51 60' 3.99 330',9.32@148mph
This is all at STREET LEGAL event where traction is a problem. The clutch is set up with 3 stock springs and 3 lighter than stock springs that Chris told me to try.We oeiginally were going to run all the lighter springs but 1 was on back order and i'm glad!Going to take clutch apart tomorrow and see what things look like.
This clutch rocks!!

Mike stock motor with mtc turbo/nitrous pistons and a killer map.The pistons look exactly the same as stock but they are forged instead of cast. The cast pistons i beat on last year still look new but we want to spray a bit more this year.
Freek,i know the dyno shows a 15hp drop between the nitrous map and the n/a map but i'm still not convinced. Are you availlable Friday morning and we'll switch the nitrous map to switch #1 and the nos map to switch 3 just to be safe?I know the #1 position is working for sure and i want to spray Friday night.

Cowboy, how much do you weigh and what pipe are you using?

With your 330's it sure looks like you're getting moving really well in 1st gear, but I was a little surprised that I didn't see a 149 or 150 in your mph.

Just curious.

Nice 60's!! What did it do on spray?

If I could pull a low .50 or a .49, I think I would be high 9.20s on motor also. My best ever is a 1.54 and only once. Rest are usually 1.56-1.58s. This is stock swingarm and D207 though.

You weighed the same (exactly 700) as I did on John's with about 1/2-tank of gas...
We are getting ready to put the MTC lock-up in John's bike
