little help

i have a dillemma, i have two bikes, kawasaki z-1 and a 1983 gpz 1100. i originally had planned to make the z-1 a bracket racer, but i found a good deal on the gpz. other than personal prefference are thier other qualities that would make one better than the other for what i am doing with it?

You can put bigger valves in the GPZ head if you want to build it pretty big...the wrist pins are also bigger (18mm) (Z1=17mm)...serious racers (bigger motors) usualy up-grage to the GPZ tranny also...they can also be adapted to the Z1 cases...

There are LOTS of part out there (new and used) for the Z1...
I am personaly IN LOVE with the Slider Clutch for bracket racing and I don't think Tony (MTC) makes one for the GPZ...
It is easy to build a mid to low 9-second Z1 motored Bracket Bike...

I might be partial because I have built more Zs than Gs
