Yes it is miss leading and the second post about 2 gear through the traps. that would be a long 2nd gear. But in the military we have to read between the lines

ive gone through the 8th mile traps in 2nd gear when the bike is geared for maxton

Nah I meant, hitting the button right after the 1-2 shift and spraying through the top of 4th or maybe into 5th depending on the mph at the end of the 1/4 mi trap.

In that case...you would be lucky to have decent pressure (read above 900) in the bottle after you finished your third run.

You can probably get around 3 decent passes in on the 1lb bottle, Kelly. My last time out with the juice, I only gained around 6-7mph on a 5 pass bottle. Normally I gained around 8-10 mph on a the med jet. Been working evenings.

well.... sure, it was 10 yrs ago in a S/C Dragster at Frank Hawley's school, but I have gotten 1.23's

Hey Ken, you said you got 6-7mph on a 5 pass bottle. That mean a 2 lb bottle or a bottle that has already been sprayed 5 times that day? 8-10mph on a med jet? That the .034 or 30hp? DAMN thats hella gain.

I picked up around 3 - 5 mph in the 8th with a 34 jet.

YCIS, is that at stock length or is it extended? I am hoping for a solid 8mph gain from a .036 but won't spray til 2nd gear, stock wheelbase. On another board, a guy told me he got 10mph outta a .036 jet hittin it at the top of 1st through the traps. That would put me at the 160mph mark!
