Head gasket solution: Copper
After 4 unsuccessful attempts with a spring-steel, OEM style headgasket (as directed by the manufacturer, Mike Keyte), my motor is holding together (so far... ) after 2 motor and 6 nitrous passes, by running a COPPER HEAD GASKET. No water in the oil or cylinders, no water leaking out of the head.
Thanks for all suggestions, advice, stiffled snickering, etc. Running with smaller pills (~60hp) and less timing, the ZRX went a best of 9.001 @ 164. After I get through SEMDRA next weekend, I'll step on it again and see if it'll take some real abuse.
