wheelie bar side panels

I know most of you don't use wheelie bars, but for those of you who do, where did you get the side panels for your wheelie bars? Did you just make them yourself, or did you buy them from Pingel? If you made them yourself, what material did you use.

I tried making a set myself with some aluminum flashing I found at Orchard Supply, but it's looking real hoaky.

Try calling around and find some place that sell plastic about 1/8 thick.

Also if you can find a place that has a sheet metal shear can cut it for you and make long stright lines. Try a HVAC place they may cut it up for you for a 6 pack or free, just to help you out...

My 2 cents
