Anyone ever hear Larry's bike in person?
When he starts it up in the pits and cracks the throttle a few times EVERYONE hears it and start walkin over to see it !!!

oh yeah. at gateway in st.louis.i also have elmer trett on video at memphis raceway......just awsum..do not die till you witness the rocket cars.it will make your heart skip a beat........

don't under estimate the heat coming off those things. i thought it would be a good idea watching from the side of the staging area. when they pop off the afterburners it feels like you just stuck your face inside an oven.

me and my son went down to the traps.they came past us at like 350 mph.it made my son cry.he was about 5or 6 at the time.now he is 25.he loves to race anything.

Saw Elmer in memphis, and i've seen spiderman. Every bike racers should want to see the fastest!

i was lucky enough to talk with elmer in the mid 80s at maple grove a couple of times.
