Auto Shift Relay
Gidday from Downunder.
I'm on a fact finding mission for my computer illiterate drag racing mate.
He has a 1996, XL1200C that has been modified for the 1/4 mile. Lots of good gear, including a Pingel 845 Premium electric/air shifter.
He's looking for an Auto Shift Relay to work with this shifter (& Dyna Shift Minder).
Apparently the Pingel Auto Shift Module only works with their electric shifter, not their air shifters.
Is there an Auto Shift Relay that will work with an air shifter?

only activates when the button is held down so as not to try shifting while on the rev limiter, or if something breaks. this is the same setup one of the local et series champions used.

That's great and very generous of you.
When we decide it is beyond our backyard workshop expertise we might throw the task to Paul Bushell, who lives only 10 minutes away and builds awesome drag bikes.
Any tips on a nice robust & easily sourced relay to use?
