AEM 25-300 regulator
does anyone have any feedback on these regulators?

The regulator is fixed pressure, but it's replaceable. Replacement units ranging from 3.0 bar to 5.0 bar can be installed in the billet housing.

What is boost sensitive?

That means that there is a port that can be tied into vacuum or boost to vary the regulated pressure. That port can be left open to atmosphere if variable pressure is not required.
