how much would you spray on a stock displacement 12 with a set of 13:1 forged pistons, SS valves, build trans.....? I remember hearing that Coby used to put a 120 shot on a 1287.... stock bore should handle a fair bit more?

With good fuel, retarded timing, and a fat AFR, I'd say go for it. Only one way to find out what it will take

1/4mi, maybe start with a 100 shot and enjoy it for a while.................................getting too conservative in my old age! LOL.

Scott - Jim O told me he used a 100 (or 150 I would have to check this) on his salt bike using Carrillos and stock bore JE's. I would think 150 in the 1/4 would be OK.

Like Dean says, It`s having good fuel octane,a timing retard map,and DO have the rpm`s. up before initializing the N2o. I`ve seen others push the button,switch,ect. with the rpms too low and "pop" the head gasket or blow the carb`s off . JMO.

it would all be on a progressive hit on a window switch. no push buttons. i have an efir-12, and the wet kit has its own fuel system(tank, reg. pump) which would be on C-16.

Strip only? And C16....maybe 100 for starters....cheaper to up jet sizes than rebuild motors.

back in the day they let me run 10lb of weights on the front of my zx11c. maybe you should go for at least 20lb lolol
