I don't think you can ride on the street with a slider.

As with anyone that has a local shop sponsering you. I can tell you that if I even help my buddy with a 1157 light bulb I lose my sponcership. I don't get any money but I do get help with parts.
My sponser had a guy that he was helping out, come to find out this guy was buying parts and reselling them and making money on the parts. So its hard to find anyone who can help. Don't get me wrong if I could I would. But I can't. for fear of losing my deal.
If you have been racing and have a fairly good record take it to your local dealer and ask him if he could sponser you with a discount on parts or anything that might help you to race.
All he can do is say no. But keep a record of your wins and runnerups or any place that you finsh and how many races you attended. That will show your dealer that your serious about racing. And every time you go in there tell him how you finshed last weekend. Good or bad it lets him know that your trying.

Ok the slider is for more consistency off the line, so what is the benifit of a multi luck up?

Multi lockup just locks up in stages so the clutch will slip a bit off the line but as the rear tire gains momentum the clutch engages more so by the time you reach the top end and your pouring the power to the bike there is no slippage.Best way i can think of to describe it.

Ok it's been awhile and no answer, so If I spin alot off the line now will the multi help that and do you have to keep adjusting it when the track conditions change? Or once it is set up that 's it?
