yep, I am leaving it alone for a bit, time to learn to ride it again. its been a mo and a half since I been to the track. Hopefully a few more folks will sign up for R Gadson's class here in Houston on Feb 6,7. Expert advice on set up/tecnique is really what i need.

Joey,
yep it used to be 167hp and now its got more, but the weather used to be great in the winter and now it SUX! No track this week and maybe no Gadson school on the 6,7th...
The weather here is more like Flintabbity-fukken-thonaton, Canada than it is Texas.
Kevin,
I have been resisting offers of pros to show me how fast my bike will go with a lightweight-skilled rider on it. I'd just depress me about how bad I am. I WILL improve with more practice

Hey Karl, how about a "no-skills" lightweight rider having a shot at it?? I'll try to be at one of the TXSO's if you don't want that "Ethiopian test pilot" trying it out for ya......

Thx for the offer Chan-chan, but this fat, slow ole butt will keep peckin' at it.
BTW,
Gadson's school at HRP is cancelled. Only 3 of us signed up, they needed 6...
Sooooooo, plan B: drag my scruffy trailer & bike to Atlanta in early April, right after the Prostar races. Hey, its only a 13 hr drive.
