new best so my logger hasnt been working and i havent had a chance to tune my bike or dyno it yet. i was running 9.0s yesterday @ 150. getting suspension dialed in, and playing with the 2 step, clutch hasnt been touched this season, i think static is a bit high, but the big motor is pulling ok down low, and the voodoo lock up is doing its thing. i still have a couple more inches of rear squat available so Ill focus on that next trip out. its getting smoother each time i play with the shock. got a few 1.42s out of it, with room for improvement. i tried recording my first run today, which was a 9.04. i was helping a buddy with his clutch after and missed qualifying so that was going to be my 1 and only run of the day as they werent having time trials(trying to get an event in). i had recently had to format my laptop and forgot my logworks cd, so a buddy that lives close to the track went and got his for me to use. i only got AFR for the run, but with a 2 step its allways 100 %tps, and if i hit my shift points i can guess at rpm(lean spike) heres where it gets good, i finally see the log and I'm running between 15 and 15.5:1 AFR!!! scary, but i know where my power is. I added 20% to my map up top and 2 degrees of timing as i had timing backed off for safety. now I'm really wanting to go, i go ask again about TTs and get a no. i wait a couple hrs and notice every now and then they arent on the ball and dont call the next class up for a few min. i suit up and go wait off to the side, full leathersm gloves helmet everything, teather isa on, i just need to fire it up and I'm going to the burnout box. i sat for an hr in the sun ready to go. finally i catch a break and they put me thru on a single. i had turned my 2 step down a bit as i was anticipating more power. it leaves a little soft. (1.456) then instead of dancing the tire half an in or so i pull a nice smooth 6 in power wheelie halfway out thru first, hit my shift points fairly well, a couple a little soon by a few hun rpm, nothing major, pretty clean pass. it feels way stronger than before, much faster, more wind. i pull up to get my slip and the guy shouts to me 8.84! i grab the slip and :
1.459
3.785
5.723 @ 126.6
7.361
8.846 @ 156.3
so i have a beer and go thank the guy for getting me the pass when he wasnt supposed to. I didnt record the run, but I'm sure there is more power to be found with more fine tuning.
this is possibly a new best for the track for street tires and no power adders, even if its not I'm really happy ____________

Looks like you have that 2step timed just right with the clutch, no free rev. at all......
