I ride all my bikes and have a couple of old cars also, none of them collect dust. I've been riding since I was six, got a street bike when I was 18 and started drag racing a bike in 1990. Won a couple of track championships at our local track, so If you think I'm a poser because I don't ride the miles you think I should ride? Like I said earlier, I'm 48 and still play fastpitch and football, build my own bikes and hotrods so I don't ride or race every weekend. Twist it any way you want, there are true street bikes that will run 5.70s, just because you can't do it doesn't mean it can't be done. Work on your 60' you would be running 5.60's with that MPH.

Nope no VMAX, do like the way the sound with a full exhaust. Kind of like a high reving small block chevy. One with a chain drive conversion would be cool to ride around. My brother-in- law had one but I don't like the way shaft bike raise up when you get on them hard. Didn't say my bike was stock, just said it was a street bike.

But, chassis has a lot to do with it as well........
But, look at it this way......
Some 9.50 bikes almost hit the tree......, and the two I tune the clutch on, never had a problem.......
And, obviously, most of the class never had an issue.......
