careful with that short wheelbase, it might try to lift the front end more than before

thanks guys, this is turning out to be a lot more work than i planned, but its finally wrapping up

ive got lots of weight moved forward to keep the front end down with this setup

cant wait to get everything back from Jim!

i have a few little things left then its basically just the motor and tuning. I have a new hook up to put on my good rear rim(the 02 rim on there has my best worn out u soft for tuning runs) and i got a nice 60 series front from Ali to go on. then i can drop the fender a bit and then the forks in the triples the same amount. the big motor should sound awesome with the new (to me) Brock SW

Shane, you have the big 12 for a street bike, why not go all out with the 14 with a drag setup?

Maybe I will next year. But I still have a few personal demons that I am chasing, and I need the bike to be street and mile suitable...

man, what a big job test fitting for an exh bung...
dry fitting most of a motor lol

looks like ill have enough room just under the clutch cover at the start of the meg. so the wideband will basically point at the oil pan

Trying to decide how to mount a five pounder is tricky isnt it? I ended up leaning mine slightly rearward. The way you have yours you should get every last drop of liquid nitrous from that bottle.

That long blue tail looks nice. Did you use colorrite paint? Ive got a new (to me) tail that I want to paint blue.

I understand that its not a good idea to have the O2 Sensor pointing down or below 9 or 3 oclock as condenstation can collect in it and kill it (thermal shock ) on startups.

EDIT: Actually I think I have mis-interpreted you direction of point, I thought your were going to come in from undeneath, with the cable end towrds the oil pan. Re-rereading I'm guessing your coming in at an angle from the top, sensor end pointing down towards the oil pan. Sorry, I'm thick.

i think i have it in the best location not much room to spare!

I had a buddy paint it, he just got close (but it was cheap so i cant complain too much) its too dark under low light, but in the sun or a camera flash its pretty close because theres a lot of pearl in it that brightens it up.
the 12 over tail/ seat combo put the arm in good proportion to the bike, i like the stance

yes the O2 will point a little upwards, not down, not ideal, but better than at the bottom
