Judging by the aftermarket tach, this bike is for the strip only? Looks good! What kind of times are you running?

I would consider a stickier tire -I think you'll spin that Bridgestone. Mickey Thompson MCR2s are the best, as long as you don't do a lot of street riding. Shinko 003s are supposed to be good for street/strip duty. Looks good though

Kzz1...
Sorry... but it's the only vehicule that I have... I hope next year it will be strip only... I'm saving some money to buy a 4 wheeled chit...
If you look closer, you can see the nitrous line near to the passenger footpeg... I'm considering to join the Argentina national championship next year... So I have no 'times' yet...
Kcadby...
Some luck here... it jumps like an ol' washing machine!!!...
Dean...
How you doing, my friend?... I'm glad you like it...
I'm seriously considering to buy a M/T tire for strip use...
But you know, I live at Argentina, and the economic it is not the best right now...
Today or tomorrow, the frame will leave my garage to go out to the paint shop...

My Shinko hooks up on my 12 6" over....and I can ride it anywhere I want with the "drag" tire on it. Looks like you need to buy some adjustable lowering links for it so you can lower it for the strip, then raise it back up and ride it home.
That BT-56 you have on there is one of the best tires you can get for "street only"
Are you going to paint or powdercoat the arm now??
I bet it is pretty hard to get "fast" parts in Argentina, eh??

Kawachan,
It's even harder than what you think!!!!... Becuase of this stupid situation, a rear tire costs the half part of my salary!!!... Just to give you an idea... My salry last year was 1500 USD... now almost 450 bucks... Can you believe that?!!!!!... I must wait a couple of months more until see her runing again!!...
Another stupid situation... How much is a NOS progressive controller here?... Guess!... 400... 550... 600 bucks?.... NNAAAAAHHHH!!!!!.... 800 fckng bucks!!!!!!
I'm going to paint all the frame and the arm... What do you think about to leave the ext blocks polished?...

Looks like a nice project! I used to have a ZX11, never put an arm on it though. Good luck with it!
