I went 197.200 for a naked M/F 2000-4 record at maxton on sunday ....

no camaro , I broke the crankshaft on the dyno trying to find some more power... I am glad it wasnt on the track .. breaking on the dyno only hurt my feelings. I was using an ultra lighweight crank and I think all the nitrous runs was just too much for it. So I am building it back with a heavier crankshaft.
the bike was the backup plan. It took a little thrashing to get it ready . I am really lucky to have 2 vehicles the can run up in that range . I don't have to miss any races unless I break both :-)

Roy, good job, keep at it, you are almost there. I went 199 naked last year at Maxton and I couldn't sleep until I finally broke 200 naked...you will be able to do it. You have the data, you know the a/f, gearing, etc you ran to run that number. That last little bit is definately in the bike/rider....tapping into it is the harder part. Don't give up.
