Bikes I've had built
1. 99 Busa with Lee Shierts stage 3, stock bore(headwork ,cams) approximately 185 hp old dynojet (sold)
2. 02 zx12r 1290 (Carpenter Racing)depending on dyno 183 hp 250i- 202.3 mjp (1287 kit, carpenter headwork and cams, exhaust, pc, marchesini wheels, ceramic wheel, trans, bearing, bear stacks, Dry NOS with spray bar etc. od gears, clutch basket, etc. 290 hp on the NOS. (currently own)

Busa, zx 10, 12, 14, 1k builds. NOS, turbo, cf rims, big bores, ti axles etc all a dime a dozen today.
While none would turn down I guess with the net seen so many combinations and sort of de-sensitized a bit.
Seldom see a CBR/R1 build.
Vmax-converted to chain drive, FULL pipe non of that sissy slip on crap, more compression, headwork and cams with a re design of the bodywork that would be cool

Thanks for the suggestions fellas. My next question is if i buy a stroker bike zx12 or Busa or I go the Turbo route which of these would be the most reliable?
My normal style of riding consists of going to the dragstrip 3-4 times a year, and doing a few trackdays with my streetbikes as a track instructor. MY old zx14 and current 12R are fast as hell on the straights and both did surprising well in the corners (behemoth's). Additionally, I like going to the mountains and cuttng it up with a few buddies. Furthermore, I like to do a few top speed blasts and perhaps a couple of 300-500 miles sport touring. Last, I might put on 2000-3000 miles annually.

be different. build (or copy ) a two engine H2 tripple with the 8.70 sec porting 8xx cc cylinders times 6. should be 1600+ cc of bad ass and probaly 300hp. i bet it will get ahead of the gas pump if you let it idle while filling it though.
