Good luck!

Shop's spend thousands of dollars devloping cutters. I don't think many are going to just give that information away.

But I could be wrong.

I have designed many cutter inserts for all sorts of engines.
This is one that I designed and works well for the stage 1 Busa... sorry I've removed the data but you get the general shape. I can tell you that .005" in seat widths and a change in radius of only 10% can make the difference between good and junk.

Basically its a balancing act between homogenization of the fuel and air flow. Angles help homogenize the fuel by causing flow separation and turbulence. A radius valve job flows more air on the flow bench. (usually) So If you can flow a lot of air yet induce a separation for better homogenization, the BSFC goes down and power goes up.

And that all I'm gonna say on that.
