Muzzys Stealth Anyone document the installation of the Muzzys stealth kit or at least have scanned copies of the instructions? I'd like to see what's involved if anyone has it available

You talking about his Nitrous Kit?
Sometime next month, I plan to post some pics of an "Externally" invisible system on my bike! (From what I know about it)! More later!

Yeah I'm talking about the Muzzys "Stealth" system which installs in the airbox.

I was woundering where the fuel and NOS line would go in from? It is in side the air box so you would have to drill into the frame to run the lines or what?

I think it'd only be worth the cost it if you were going into the motor. How about a 125 shot? Ryan got 291hp out of his 1270 60inch bike...

So is Ryan using the Muzzy or a Dry system to get 125 hp? I heard the stock crank and rod on an 02 are good for 400 hp!

Yes Ryan is using a Stealth (wet) kit on his 1270 bike. From what he told me at MIR the bike makes 195rwhp on motor and a solid 95rwhp more on the Muzzys Stealth wet kit the way it is currently jetted. He is not using the dry kit. He has a dry-kit equipped Silver ZX12R in 60" PSB at MIR before when his own 12 was down, that bike was borrowed from a friend.

it seams that the 1361 on NOS is going faster than the 1270's on NOS? I guess next year when Muzzy goes prostock maybe we will see more parts for the 12 comming out. The 1427 will be the man.

I had read that Muzzy and lee's performance said the 1270 performs better with NOS.

Odd....Id assume a 50 shot was a 50 shot and the 1361 starts with more power...so it should end up with more power on spray.
perhaps they were using a % power increase to measure.

If I were building a nitrous motor, I'd go with some good pistons and possibly even leave it stock bore. You can always make up for displacement with nitrous.

Will someone answer , how the kit get the fuel and nitrous into the airbox?
Where can i get a copy of the installation instructions?

That whole kit mounts on top of the throttle bodies...it comes with two solenoids..one for nitrous..one for fuel. APparently you have to tap into the fuel line to provide for the fuel solenoid.

Anyone seen or done one of these?
I can't see how you would get the fuel and nos supply into the airbox without drilling a hole in the frame/ inspestion plates.
A picture is worth 1000 words.

If I had to guess (and this is a guess) perhaps they utilize the hole in the airbox left by that Kleen air hose to route the lines for fuel/nitrous supply to the kit.
Or...they might make you drill yet another hole or two to route the supply lines.

I've posted the Muzzys Stealth kit instructions for download, it's easier than me emailing everyone. Two files one is the docs the other are the photos of the installation, both in .PDF Adobe Acrobat format.
If you have Acrobat reader installed just click to read the document. Otherwise right-click and 'save-target-as' to download the document until you can install the .PDF reader.
