B-I-G thanks to Texas12R!!!!!!!!!

Michael sent me a torque screwdriver for free!!!!

THANK YOU, Michael@!!!!!

Last night I gave it a try before heading out for the evening...

I found that the 20 in-# spec given for the radiator clamp is very tight.

Karl, a couple unrelated questions...
Where are you venting the crank case? (im just running mine up into the tail this yr)
I see you removed the resonators from your ram air system. what did you use to fill the hole in the plastic? any pics? noticable gain in ram air efficienty at speed? I believe DM once said they were mainly there for on off throttle response, but slightly hinder WOT?
thx!

hey scott,
i vent to a catch bottle in the trunk, ugly orange hose i will replace... someday....

I just taped over the lil hole with aluminum tape, but i might puttem back on; better airflow thru the radiator. rumor has it that air flow in that area impacts top end. just a theory.

Michael,

I blab & blab & blab, but you are persistently, quietly helping one person after another.

It's noticed.

BTW, I just did 1st heat cycle and no leaks, that lil tq screwdriver works great.
For those who "don't need no stinkin' tq-screwdriver", I agree with you, I don't need it, but it's a very satisfying little tool to use.
(now i have 2 of those )

The "token" is 110% appreciated.

Karl

Johnny,
shame on me indeed, no safety glasses, and the GB's are off somewhere making lizard love.

Looking good Elwood, did you take your sweet lady in the cop Car to the wedding?

Glad to hear the old 12 is purring again.

TFA seems to be ahead of the game for this Texas Mile. You saw what Russ put down on the Dyno the other day. He said he was going to wear his (size large toddler) TFA shirt all weekend at the Texas Mile!

Dan,
that exactly what my wife says "you're impotent!" (Colombian accent)

Gracefully I say, "thank you", I am indeed important
