the green firebird promod didnt have a clean pass all wknd. no traction. 2 weeks ago he went 7.04 @ 196. that being said, i was running 13 psi in the shinko( a bit higher than usual) and didnt have any problems. im going higher next time. i managed a 1.53 60 hand clutching, but short shifted the run. im still a little wheelie shy after the near vertical flip. i ran a 9.30 @ 154 NA with a 1.70 60.... wish those runs could be put together lol. a 14 went 8.99 @153 NA. i would like to see what he could do on my bike. i have about an inch to 2 inches of WB on him, and about 20 pounds(driver weight). he has about 13 yrs racing expirience on me

And, the wheelie bars look as if they may be too high.
1.75 to 2 inches from the bottom of the wheel to the track is a good starting point.......

it was spinning at 6.5 psi so we dropped it to 6, but the track wasnt prepped well compared to normal. had a bunch of guys tell us to go with 2-3 in for the bars. why is it better to be lower?

I always liked about 2 inches........
you should be on the bars all the way through first and second, (but at his wieght, IDK)......
It makes the bike move forward quicker, and less bounce when it comes down eventually.......,
If it is spinning on the hit, turn the two step up, you know this.........
Also, too little tire pressure on that slick takes contact patch away........
BURN IT GOOD......., 3rd gear burnouts at that gearing. That is a hard compound tire, relatively speaking........

I will do my best. I dont really plan on doing anything major to the bike this winter, it seems to be making ok hp, so im just going to try to optimize what i have. i should be prepared next yr.
