YIKES!!!!!!!!

IMO you oughta throw a buncha fuel at that map!!!
Lean numbers like that might make dyno hp, but bad ju-ju for the motor

+1 slap whoever tuned it and tell them to try again. this time keeping it between 12.8 and 13.0

you only wanna be that lean if you're just putting along and there is very little load on the engine

+1 on Johnny Cheese.

Any tuner worth talking to would not let your bike leave the dyno with a 13.5 - 14.0:1 a/f.

A shitty tuner will throw the A/F dangerously lean like that in order to show slightly bigger numbers on the dyno at the expense of your actual real world performance on the street. They will print out a pretty looking piece of paper that will provoke "oooooo's and awwwww's" from their customers, but in all reality.... he's selling you a worthless peice of paper and a shitty tune.

He figures you're just another ignorant biker that just wants to brag to his buddies at the local hooters. He probably assumes you'll never miss the 6-8 REAL hp you sacrificed on the street for the bragging rights. Don't feel bad, quack tuners like this are a dime a dozen and often do so out of ignorance or simply to boost customer satisfaction in order to bring in more business once you brag to your buddies about how much power he was able to extract from the "tune".

See, the dyno is a funny tuning tool.... just because it says you've made more power at a certain A/F, it doesn't mean it's going to perform better on the street. The dyno operator needs to know how to compensate for dynamic airflow (among many other things) which will greatly effect the A/F once the bike is on the street.
