Houston Raceway Park --TXSHOOTOUT
Hey guys,
I will be there tomorrow morning rain or shine. If we do get some rain feel free to come on over to the camper. We will have a dry spot set up for all my 12 boys. Awning and all will be set up. Come on by. I will be parked close to where I always park. Away from eveyone else. If we do get washed out I think we should have a Beer and BBQ day!

Weather sucked on Sat, of course. Started a lil late on Sun. My friend Duston on the ZX-9 lost in the finals to a slow Busa. He treed the Busa but let him get back by him on the topend for the win. Duston had been cutting .520-.540s all night long and had another .520 in the final. I got down to 5 bikes and got spanked. Ran an 8.93 at 161 on spray in qualifying for the SBSO but got spanked in round one. Had a great time seeing everyone but I really feel terrible for Mad Mike. He came a long way to be a spectator.

Hey Ken, don't feel tooooooo bad for Mike. Sure he traveled 100mi to get rear-ended and be a spectator, but at least he got to spectate along with Team FatAss and drink beer all day!

Hope Mike & his vehicles are OK.
Nice job Ken - did you enter the 60inch class too?
I got to the 4th round at SEMDRA this past weekend, and squeaked into the #3 plate for Street ET. I left the bottle in the trailer and dialed 6.20. Gary Clark showed up (to race somewhere where purses are guaranteed) and ran a 4.31 - setting a new record. He broke his chain in the first round - Ashley Owens took the win and the #1 plate.

Naw, too lazy to take the extensions off. Besides, Ellis, Gadson and some other guys were going faster than I can stretched. Congrats on third place!
