sealing off air elements with duck tape???

ok i been pulling my red bike apart trying to figure out why the bike wont crank over... i went to lift the gas tank and where the air filters go duck tape from left to right???? is this what u guys mean when u say sealing off the airbox???? ow yeah b the way i took out my air filters for the blue bike and put in the bmc race filters...... crazy idle now gives a real choppy womp...womp...womp...womp almost sound like a ls1 with a mild camshaft.... hope this isnt hurting the engine cause it sounds pretty cool... idles between 1000 and 1,300 rpm??

It`s looking for air.....Try richening up the map or the buttons the the power commander, or you could just live with it....

That's just part of the Ram Air sealing needed to maximize system pressure.
