zx12r cams adjust ?? how right ??

where is the big point to adjust the zx12r cams right ??

stock cams + adj. sprokets

From all the data I've seen, the short stroke (even 60mm strokers are short stroke compared to a busa) zx12r engines like the intake cams more advanced.
Where as a busa might like 108-110 on the intake a zx12r likes 102-104
The exhaust cam timing seems to have little effect on a zx12r.
